Aviva: Canada Post Strike Update

Aviva has been unable to send non-registered mail, including renewal documents and pink slips, due to the strike.
For all payment related enquiries, please contact Aviva’s billing experts at 1-800-360-5009 (select option 1), who are ready to clarify and help with billing-related questions.
The best way to see your documents is through the McDonalds Insurance App or Portal.

Intact: New Measures Due to Strike

Personal lines customers will receive emails reminding them to view their documents in the Intact Insurance app or Client Centre.
Further, use of the McDonalds Insurance App or Portal is recommended.
Claims payments will be offered via electronic funds transfers (EFT) or email transfers, and income replacement cheques will be delivered by courier.
Customers are encouraged to use internet or telephone banking for payments. If a monthly payment has not been successfully withdrawn due to Non-sufficient Funds (NSF), please contact McDonalds Insurance.

Peace Hills: Update on the Canada Post Strike

Peace Hills Insurance is also unable to send non-registered mail, including renewal documents and pink slips, due to the strike.
Peace Hills recommends that insureds utilize the My Proof of Insurance Service, or the McDonalds Insurance App or Portal.
If a monthly payment has not been successfully withdrawn due to Non-sufficient Funds (NSF), or you need assistance processing a payment, please contact McDonalds Insurance.

Wawanesa: What You Need to Know

Customers are encouraged to pay premiums online or through their financial institution.
All cancellations for non-payment or NSF will be suspended until mail service resumes.
Claims documents will be shared via email, and EFT is recommended for claim payments.
